Remind Instructions                                                                                                                                                      If you and your parents haven't signed up for counselor Remind texts for the Class of 2026,  follow the instructions here to do so. You'll get important reminders throughout your senior year about deadlines, programs, and events.

Naviance College Application Instructions                                                                                                          Step-by-step written directions for seniors to document your college applications in Naviance. Remember that you are not able to list college applications in Naviance before August 1 AND that Mrs. Warble can't send any official documents (transcripts, recommendations) until August 1.

Common Application Matching Directions                                                                                                              If you are planning to use the Common Applications to apply to colleges, you can use these directions to complete the matching process in Naviance that is necessary to link your Naviance account to your Common Application. Remember that you can't actually submit your Common Application until August 1.

LDHS Transcript Request Form                                                                                                                              This form must be completed and signed by student (and parent, if student is under 18) in order for us to send your transcript to any college, coach, or scholarship program. If you check the first line indicating that you give blanket permission for us to release your transcript to any institution or individual that you request, you only need to fill out one form for us to have on file.
