We are heading to WGI Championships in Dayton, OH!
UPDATE! DUE TO THE POTENTIAL FOR INCLEMENT WEATHER AND FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL THE TRAVELING SCHOOLS, WE HAVE MOVED THE START TIME OF THE KIDA SHOW TO 2:00 PM TOMORROW.
The Falconland show is Saturday, 2/24/24. We will need volunteers starting at 9:30 am to prepare for the Noon show start time.
We are asking ALL BAND students (Concert, Marching and Indoor, Alumni) and their parents and family members to help in some way, either by volunteering or donating supplies for Candy Grams or the Food Café.
Below is the Volunteer Signup Genius link for the show. Please log on and select a shift or two. If you have any questions about the positions or shifts, contact Jr Sholder at ldbandevents@gmail.com. If you need to bring along siblings or children, we request that they be old enough to entertain themselves next to you while you are working.
Volunteers for Falconland 2/24/2024
Food Donations are needed for the Indoor show: Will you consider donating food and/or drinks for our February 24th Indoor Show? We have over 30 groups attending this show. We need items like Canned Soda, Chips, Hot Dogs, and prepared foods, as well as Macaroni, Corn and Cheese.
- We are always seeking chaperones and helpers to assist with band activities - watch for details in email updates!
CHAPERONE CLEARANCES - Parents interested in chaperoning football games or band trips, or helping with band events that would put them in contact with students, must submit clearances to the LD School District and wear a district-provided Volunteer Badge. Visit the District website for details.
- The next Booster Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, February 5, 2024 6:30 pm in Room 505.
