  • To provide students the opportunity to maintain and increase their level of physical fitness through exposure to a variety of activities.
  • To promote cooperation and sportsmanship through a variety of activities.
  • To test and evaluate physical fitness levels.
  • To encourage an interest in team sports and activities.
  • To enrich skills, rules and strategy of playing sports and activities correctly.
  • To encourage proper etiquette, concern and care of activities and equipment we utilize.
