Keith Richardson is currently Director of Bands at Lower Dauphin High School in Hummelstown, Pennsylvania. There he directs the Concert, Marching, and Jazz Bands. He has earned a B.A. in Music Performance and a B.S. in Music Education from Lebanon Valley College along with a Masters in Music Education from Duquesne University. In 2013 he earned a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in Wind Conducting from Messiah University.
Keith was also honored in 2009 by the National Board of Professional Teaching Standards with its "National Board Certification" in recognition of his exemplary teaching practice. In 2022 he earned a Doctorate of Musical Arts (DMA) in Music Education from Boston University. His dissertation is about the transformational leadership of band directors and the development of student leadership.
