Head Coach Rod Weber

Coach Weber started his 25-year coaching career at Lancaster Mennonite High School coaching the boys (1996-1999) where they won a section title in 1999 and earned a district playoff berth. He also started Colortech Women’s Volleyball Club where he coached the 18 and under team.  He then took over the Cedar Crest High School Girls Volleyball Team from 2005-2013 and then led at Northern Lebanon High School in 2015.  Coach Weber is one of the founders and the volleyball director at Twelv2athlete volleyball club. Coach Weber also was the Head Assistant Coach for the women’s volleyball team at Penn State Harrisburg from 2016-2018 where he lead individual player development and had several players in the top ten in skills categories. Presently Coach Weber is the 15U open club team Coach for Prevail Volleyball Club.

Coach Weber was a ‘92 graduate of Cocalico high school where he played middle and made the Lancaster Lebanon All-Star Team is senior year. Coach Weber has played at USA open level for fifteen years with the Weaver Markets Open team where he also participated in the 1996 Open USA nationals in Holyoke Massachusetts.

Coach Weber thrives on team unity, basics, community service projects, and fundamentals.  Coach Weber also thrives on developing programs. He resides in Lebanon County with his wife and three children.

Junior Varsity Head Coach Roger Brock

Roger has been a coach for Prevail volleyball club for 10 years he has coached from U-14 to U-16. He was also the head coach for Cedar Crest high school girl's volleyball team for two years. Roger is also a USA and AAU volleyball official.
